Disclosure-labeled export
The staged photo with a clear virtually-staged / digitally-altered disclosure and QR link on the image, for boards that require an on-image mark (many don’t — use the clean export below).
Your staged photos plus our disclosure package. Unlimited photos per listing. Done in about 2 minutes. Upload your staged photos, select your MLS board, and get the full disclosure package: the export your board requires, a public verification URL, the hosted original, and a dated certificate.
What you receive: the staged image, the unaltered original hosted at a permanent public URL, the disclosure wording that travels with the listing, a public verification page, and a dated certificate with a tamper-evident fingerprint.
California Business and Professions Code Section 10140.8 — in effect since January 1, 2026 — requires a conspicuous disclosure statement on or adjacent to every digitally altered listing image, plus a link to a publicly accessible website where buyers can see the original photo.
“Digitally altered” includes furniture, flooring, paint color, landscaping, and views through windows. Willful violation is a crime under California Real Estate Law.
MLS Ready packages any staged photo — regardless of who staged it — with everything required for compliance. $49 per listing flat (unlimited photos). About 2 minutes. Done.

Point your clients at MLS Ready and they buy direct.
