I built SEAREI in late 2025 because a friend who runs a small California brokerage asked me what she was supposed to do about AB 723. She’d looked at three staging tools and one compliance vendor and was about to write a check for $1,400 a month plus per-listing fees on top. I ran the math, looked at the law, and built the version of this product that didn’t exist yet — staging and compliance in one delivery, $49 if you only need the compliance, $29/agent/month — $348/year, billed annually if you run the whole brokerage.
